TERMS OF SALE
By completing a purchase from our online store/website, the buyer agrees that:
· Returns that do not include original packaging and all original package contents will not be accepted.
· Unless defective, all returns of new items must be returned in brand new, factory sealed, condition. If they are not, additional restocking fees will apply.
· If defective, items must have all paperwork, packaging, and components with the return. If these requirements are not met, the return will be denied, and the package will be shipped back to you at your expense.
· The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs on all returns (excluding defective item returns).
· Once a product is shipped and the carrier has the package, there is no way to cancel the order. The buyer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
· All of our new products come with a manufacturer's warranty. All products that are listed as “New” are 100% brand new, never used, unless otherwise noted in the listing. If an item is defective or components/features are not working properly, the buyer is to contact the product manufacturer for troubleshooting and warranty assistance.
· After 30 days from the date that the order was placed, the seller accepts no further responsibility or obligation to assist, refund, or replace any items from that order. Please be vigilant in addressing any issues within this time frame.
· After 30 days any product issues should be directed to the product manufacturer for new items.
· If an item is received damaged by the shipping carrier, the seller must be notified within two business days of the delivery date and photos of the unopened damaged box must be provided.
Please keep all packaging and components, as an investigation will be opened with the shipping carrier.
· Any returns require an RMA number issued by the seller. Products cannot be returned without the seller issuing you an RMA number. Additionally, the RMA number must be written on the shipping label.
· Any product that is returned must be the exact item that was shipped to you. If the serial numbers do not match, a refund will not be issued, and the package will be shipped back to you at your expense.
· Due to recent part harvesting scams, anti-tamper measures have been taken to secure our products against part harvesting. If your radio or accessory has a blue seal over a screw or a hologram sticker over a seam or joint, do not remove it until after your 30-day warranty/return period has expired. Removing the blue screw seal or hologram sticker before your warranty/return period will void your ability to make a warranty claim or return your purchase for any reason. This policy will be strictly enforced.
· Returns for reasons of “buyer’s remorse,” “changed my mind” or any similar reason will be accepted if the product(s) are returned in unopened condition as they were sold with factory seal and/or shrink wrap fully intact. Shipping costs that are paid by the buyer are non-refundable and the buyer is responsible for return shipping charges on returns (other than defective products).
· Used item(s) that are not defective and have an anti-tamper seal in place, will be refunded in full, minus a restocking fee, upon the return of the defective item(s), with the buyer being resposible for the retuen shipping.
· Used items that are defective and have an anti-tamper seal in place, will be refunded in full upon return of the defective item(s), with the seller being resposible for the retuen shipping.
· Used items that are defective and do not have a anti-tamper seal in place, will not be accepted. Return shipping to the buyer will be the resposibility of the buyer.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
If the return is due to the wrong product being shipped or a defective item, we will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to buyer’s remorse or changing your mind, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Additionally, there will be a 20% restock fee for all open box new product returns that are non-defective.
You can expect us to initiate a refund within two business days of receiving the return package. The refund will be processed and directed back to your original payment method, however the timeframe for receiving the refund back on your original payment method is dependent on the bank/credit card/online payment platform and may take a week or more.
If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCT(S)
In case of a defective product, an RMA number needs to be issued to you prior to the item being shipped back to us. If that number is not issued, the returns process will be greatly delayed. After 30 days from date of purchase, the buyer is to direct all questions and defective products to the product manufacturer. You may contact us for a copy of your invoice to provide for warranty claims. We have no obligation to replace or accept returns after 30 days of purchase unless written authorization is provided to the buyer.
SHIPPING
We offer FREE economy shipping (1-10 Days) in the United States (excluding HI, AK, US Protectorates, APO/FPO, PO Box) with a minimum purchase of $100.00. If you have a shipping address in one of our excluded areas, please contact us for a shipping quote.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your product(s) and the shipping options you choose.
Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Shipping rates for many items are shipping box/weight based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
All items are shipped within 1 business day, unless otherwise noted. This excludes weekends and holidays where your order will be shipped first available business day.
An add-on fee may be applied to orders over $100 for signature delivery confirmation. This is to help with the prevention of lost or stolen packages. Please make arrangements when the order is placed, and you receive your tracking information to have someone available to sign and receive. Orders that are returned due to failed delivery attempts may incur a restock fee of 20% and paid shipping charges to not be refunded.
The delivery estimates given by the shipping carriers are only an estimation. If you choose economy shipping and the shipping estimate is 1-10 days, it is not likely that you will receive your package on the front side of the estimated timeframe. Many factors affect this that are out of our control.
CUSTOMER CHARGEBACKS
In the event that you initiate a chargeback wrongfully or fraudulently, the following steps will be taken:
1. You will be notified in writing by certified mail that you have an unpaid debt and that it must be satisfied within 30 days. The debt will consist of the cost of your order, any shipping paid, along with the chargeback fee that was charged to us when the claim was initiated.
2. If the debt remains unpaid on day 31, the unpaid balance will be transferred to our third-party collection agency who will begin collection efforts against you to satisfy the debt.
3. If collection attempts are unsuccessful, the unpaid debt will be reported to all three major credit bureaus which will have a negative impact on your credit rating.
